In addition to your one time fee, our team can enter all of your complexes and guarantee you on line exposure and inventory within 30 days (or sooner). It takes most realtors an hour or more to enter all the information and data on each complex in their assigned territory. Our team can do it for you and with a dedicated team of several shifts, we can enter up to 200 complexes or more within 30 days for $35 per hour! (This could take a realtor months with existing staff!)

The key to this service is the immediacy of the realtor’s exposure – and the appearance of inventory on www.condohotline.com. The more realtors, the more inventory, the more exposure, the more searches are sent our way!

If you choose to enter the complexes in your territory yourself, we will give you 60 days to have an inventory of at least 50 complexes loaded, and another 60 days to enter all of the complexes in your assigned territory. The appearance of inventory is a critical factor in the success of the site and in search engine optimization.
